These B2B uslovi apply to profesionalni kupci, poslovni clients, restorani, prodavnice, udruženja and other approved wholesale or profesionalni buyers using Pamir Lux services.
 

1. B2B pristup

B2B pristup is not automatic. A profesionalni kupac may be asked to provide poslovni informacije before approval, such as company name, VAT number, registration details, kontakt person, phone number, email address and dostava address.

Pamir Lux reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend or remove B2B pristup at any time if the informacije is incomplete, incorrect, outdated or if the account is misused.
 

2. proizvodi and Availability

proizvod availability may change depending on stock, supplier dostava, seasonal proizvodi and fresh proizvod conditions.

Fresh and refrigerated proizvodi may have specific dostava restrictions. Some proizvodi are dostupno only for dostava or preuzimanje in Luksemburg.

Slike proizvoda služe za prezentaciju. The final proizvod may vary slightly depending on packaging, supplier or availability.
 

3. Prices and Discounts

B2B prices, discounts or special conditions may be offered only to approved profesionalni kupci.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in euros and may include or exclude VAT depending on the prodavnica configuration and kupac status.

Pamir Lux may update prices, discounts, proizvod availability and B2B conditions without prior notice.
 

4. narudžbe and plaćanje

B2B narudžbe must be placed through the approved process provided by Pamir Lux.

narudžbe are confirmed only after validation by Pamir Lux and, where applicable, after plaćanje confirmation.

Pamir Lux may refuse or cancel an narudžba in case of stock issues, pricing error, dostava restriction, incorrect kupac informacije, plaćanje issue or suspected misuse.
 

5. dostava and preuzimanje

dostava options, fees and restrictions depend on the dostava address, proizvod type and narudžba content.

Fresh, refrigerated or fragile proizvodi may be limited to Luksemburg dostava or prodavnica preuzimanje only.

6. povrat and Claims

Due to the nature of grocery, food, fresh and refrigerated proizvodi, povrat may be limited.

Any issue with an narudžba must be reported as soon as possible after dostava or preuzimanje, with clear details and, if needed, photos.

Pamir Lux will review each zahtjev individually and may offer a replacement, credit, refund or refusal depending on the situation and applicable rules.
 

7. kupac Responsibilities

The B2B kupac is responsible for providing accurate poslovni, billing and dostava informacije.

The kupac must ensure that the proizvodi ordered are suitable for their profesionalni use, resale, storage conditions or internal needs.

B2B pristup must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
 

8. Account Suspension

Pamir Lux may suspend or remove B2B pristup in case of unpaid narudžbe, abuse of discounts, false poslovni informacije, repeated cancellations, misuse of the web-stranica or behavior that damages the poslovni relationship.
