Fresh and refrigerated products are available only in Luxembourg and cannot be delivered internationally.
International delivery:
Dry goods can be delivered to France, Belgium and Germany.
International delivery cost: €19.90
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing product, please contact us as soon as possible:
Please include your order number and photos if the product is damaged.
For online purchases in the EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.
Some products cannot be returned for a simple change of mind, especially fresh, refrigerated, perishable or short-dated food products.
Sealed products that have been opened may also be excluded when return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging.
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and checked.
