Pamir Lux may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the website at the time the order is placed.
Orders & Payment
Customers are responsible for checking their cart, delivery details and contact information before confirming an order.
Product prices are shown in euros (€), including applicable VAT.
Delivery fees are displayed before order confirmation.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, Pamir Lux may contact the customer to offer a replacement, partial refund or cancellation.
Available payment methods may include credit/debit card, PayPal and other payment options shown at checkout.
Offline payment may be available only when enabled by Pamir Lux. Orders paid offline are processed according to the instructions provided by the store.
Delivery & Returns
Pamir Lux delivers in Luxembourg and selected international areas.
Luxembourg standard delivery costs €4.90.
Delivery is free from €70.
Store pickup is available at Pamir-Lux Ettelbruck.
Dry goods can be delivered to France, Belgium and Germany for €19.90.
Estimated international delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Fresh and refrigerated products are available only in Luxembourg and cannot be delivered internationally.
For online purchases in the EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery. Some products may be excluded, especially fresh, refrigerated, perishable or short-dated food products, and opened sealed products when return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
