These B2B Terms apply to professional customers, business clients, restaurants, shops, associations and other approved wholesale or professional buyers using Pamir Lux services.
1. B2B Access
B2B access is not automatic. A professional customer may be asked to provide business information before approval, such as company name, VAT number, registration details, contact person, phone number, email address and delivery address.
Pamir Lux reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend or remove B2B access at any time if the information is incomplete, incorrect, outdated or if the account is misused.
2. Products and Availability
Product availability may change depending on stock, supplier delivery, seasonal products and fresh product conditions.
Fresh and refrigerated products may have specific delivery restrictions. Some products are available only for delivery or pickup in Luxembourg.
Product images are for presentation purposes. The final product may vary slightly depending on packaging, supplier or availability.
3. Prices and Discounts
B2B prices, discounts or special conditions may be offered only to approved professional customers.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in euros and may include or exclude VAT depending on the store configuration and customer status.
Pamir Lux may update prices, discounts, product availability and B2B conditions without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
B2B orders must be placed through the approved process provided by Pamir Lux.
Orders are confirmed only after validation by Pamir Lux and, where applicable, after payment confirmation.
Pamir Lux may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing error, delivery restriction, incorrect customer information, payment issue or suspected misuse.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery options, fees and restrictions depend on the delivery address, product type and order content.
Fresh, refrigerated or fragile products may be limited to Luxembourg delivery or store pickup only.

6. Returns and Claims
Due to the nature of grocery, food, fresh and refrigerated products, returns may be limited.
Any issue with an order must be reported as soon as possible after delivery or pickup, with clear details and, if needed, photos.
Pamir Lux will review each request individually and may offer a replacement, credit, refund or refusal depending on the situation and applicable rules.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The B2B customer is responsible for providing accurate business, billing and delivery information.
The customer must ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their professional use, resale, storage conditions or internal needs.
B2B access must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
8. Account Suspension
Pamir Lux may suspend or remove B2B access in case of unpaid orders, abuse of discounts, false business information, repeated cancellations, misuse of the website or behavior that damages the business relationship.
