Where does Pamir-Lux deliver?
Pamir-Lux delivers available products throughout Luxembourg.
Products can only be supplied and delivered when they are available in stock.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs €5 for orders below €80.
Delivery is free for orders of €80 or more. The applicable delivery fee is displayed automatically during checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the following day. Deliveries are made daily between 08:00 and 20:00.
Delivery times remain subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
A specific delivery date or time cannot currently be selected during checkout.
Pamir-Lux will process the order within 24 hours and may contact the customer if additional delivery arrangements are required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Does Pamir-Lux ship outside Luxembourg?
International delivery is currently available for eligible products to France, Belgium and Germany.
Fresh, frozen and refrigerated products can only be delivered within Luxembourg. Final availability is confirmed automatically during checkout according to the products and delivery address.
How much does international shipping cost?
International delivery costs €20 for eligible orders to supported destinations. The final delivery availability and cost are displayed during checkout.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.
Who pays customs duties and import charges?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are not normally included in the Pamir-Lux product or shipping price.
STORE PICKUP
Is store pickup available?
Yes. Store pickup from the Pamir-Lux store in Ettelbruck is free.
When will my pickup order be ready?
Pickup orders are normally prepared within 24 hours, depending on product availability and order volume.
Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” confirmation before coming to the store.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Pamir-Lux will send a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation by email.
Please do not come to the store until you have received this confirmation.
How long will my pickup order be kept?
Pickup orders are normally kept for 24 hours because storage space is limited.
Contact Pamir-Lux as soon as possible if you cannot collect your order within this period.
When can I collect my order?
Pickup orders can be collected every day between 08:00 and 20:00 after confirmation that the order is ready.

What happens if nobody is available at the delivery address?
Pamir-Lux will use the contact details provided with the order to arrange another delivery solution.
Please make sure your telephone number and delivery address are complete and correct. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery times may be affected by product availability, order volume, traffic, weather, customs processing or carrier conditions.
Pamir-Lux will contact you if a significant delay or delivery problem is identified. You may also contact us for an update about your order.
