These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Pamir-Lux online store. They explain the main rules concerning products, orders, prices, payments, delivery, returns, customer accounts and the use of our website.
By placing an order through the Pamir-Lux website, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
1. ABOUT PAMIR-LUX S.À R.L.-S
Pamir-Lux operates a physical store and online shop in Luxembourg, supplying food, beverages, household products, cleaning products, hygiene products, personal-care products and other selected consumer goods.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Pamir-Lux aims to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, weights, prices and availability information.
Product availability may change according to store inventory and customer demand.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Pamir-Lux may contact the customer to agree on an appropriate solution, such as removing the unavailable product, providing an agreed replacement or issuing the appropriate refund.
Pamir-Lux will not automatically replace an unavailable product without the customer's agreement.
3. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€).
Any applicable delivery or shipping charges are displayed or confirmed during the ordering process before the customer completes the purchase.
Pamir-Lux may update product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been validly accepted.
4. ORDERS
Customers must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order.
Pamir-Lux may verify product availability, payment information and delivery details before processing an order.
Once an order has entered processing after payment, changes or cancellations cannot normally be guaranteed.
If you identify a problem with your order, contact Pamir-Lux as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
A customer account is required to place an online order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Customers should inform Pamir-Lux if they believe their account has been accessed or used without permission.
6. PAYMENT
The payment methods available for an order are displayed securely during checkout.
Available payment options may vary depending on the customer's device, location and payment provider.
An order will only proceed where the required payment has been successfully completed or otherwise accepted through the available payment method.
7. DELIVERY IN LUXEMBOURG
Pamir-Lux delivers available products throughout Luxembourg. Delivery costs €5 for orders below €80, and delivery is free for orders of €80 or more.
Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed the following day. Deliveries are made daily between 08:00 and 20:00, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery is currently available for eligible products to France, Belgium and Germany.
Fresh, frozen and refrigerated products can only be delivered within Luxembourg and are not eligible for international delivery.
International delivery costs €20 and normally takes 3–7 business days. Final availability is confirmed automatically during checkout according to the products in the order and the delivery address.
9. STORE PICKUP
Store pickup from the Pamir-Lux store in Ettelbruck is free.
Pickup orders are normally prepared within 24 hours, depending on product availability and order volume. Pickup is available every day between 08:00 and 20:00.
Customers must wait until they receive the “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before coming to the store. Pickup orders are kept for 24 hours after this confirmation is sent. Customers should bring their order number when collecting their order.

10. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Pamir-Lux does not normally offer voluntary returns, exchanges or order changes simply because a customer changes their mind after an order has been paid and processed.
However, statutory consumer rights continue to apply where required by Luxembourg and European Union law.
For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal. Exceptions may apply, including for rapidly perishable products and certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Damaged, incorrect, missing, defective or non-conforming products are handled separately according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise it using the withdrawal request available on our Returns & Refunds page or by sending a clear written statement to info@pamir-lux.com.
11. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the customer may have statutory rights including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
These statutory rights cannot be excluded by these Terms & Conditions.
12. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ERRORS
Pamir-Lux takes reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and other website information accurate.
If an obvious error is identified in a product description, price, availability or order information, Pamir-Lux may contact the customer before completing the order to clarify or correct the issue.
Where necessary, an affected order may be cancelled and any payment due to the customer will be refunded.
13. WEBSITE USE
Customers must not use the Pamir-Lux website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Users must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or operation of the website, customer accounts or payment systems.
Website content, including text, branding, graphics and other materials, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission unless permitted by law.
14. B2B CUSTOMERS
These Terms & Conditions primarily apply to private customers purchasing as consumers.
Professional customers may be subject to separate B2B conditions, minimum order requirements, pricing arrangements and approval procedures.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Pamir-Lux may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in the business, website, services or applicable requirements.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law.
For consumers, this does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under applicable national or European Union law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the competent authorities or courts determined under applicable law.
